You have accidently paired your band with another account and you need to contact GOYO team to revert it.
Basically, active minutes are noted when the activity doing more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk to a run. You have to be "in the zone" for minimum of 5 minutes before the dashboard recognizes an active period.
There are two mechanisms. In some challenges winners will be selected based on shortest time & other parameters to determine authenticity. In other challenges winners will be chosen from an electronic raffle draw out of all the eligible users(who complete the challenge within the given time period).
You don’t need to do any special configuration to track sleep. Just wear the device bit below the wrist so the sensor can properly feel the pulse. Once you awake, give the device about 10 mins to sense it with your movements. You can then sync the device with GOYO app and check your sleeping pattern. What’s important is to track your deep sleep. It is recommended to have at least 1.5 hours of deep sleep to rejuvenate the body.
You can use GOYO fitness tracker to monitor your step count, distance, heart rate, sleeping pattern and the number of calories burnt on periodic basis. You can use GOYO as a watch to check the date and the time as well.
GOYO band has an accelerometer through which your steps are being counted, this is sensitive for vibrations and motions. When your hand moves the accelerometer disk rotates and start counting steps. While travelling in a vehicle if you are exposed to vibrations step count could also get counted. To avoid it you can remove the band and keep it in shirt pocket (a soft area) where it does not expose to vibrations.
Reset device network settings - Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings
Note - Paired wifi and bluetooth devices will be removed once you reset your network settings.
Clear app cache Android Settings > Apps > GOYO > Storage > clear cache
Go to Android Settings > Apps > GOYO > Storage > clear data (you need to re log in)
Go to GOYO app settings > Notifications > Turn on required notifications
Make sure you have allowed all required permission ( to check go to Android Settings > Apps > GOYO >Permission)
